Struggling to find meaning? Feeling lost, stuck, or discontent? Let’s work together to overcome emotional struggles and feel masterful in your ability to reach your goals and find inner peace and happiness. Therapy doesn’t have to be a chore or something to dread! I work collaboratively with my clients to find what works best for you to enhance quality of life, emotional fulfillment, and personal satisfaction. I enjoy working with adults and couples and look forward to partnering with you to reach your personal goals.
My client-centered, strengths-based therapeutic approach draws from both Eastern and Western ideologies. Interventions are rooted in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness and Meditation to support whole-person wellness. I also offer both Comprehensive and Symptom-Focused approaches of EMDR.
